Navigation Boards. 3.4.1 The Customer may use the Navigation Boards only for the placement of navigation to the Airport Lounge. The numbers, technical data, placement and maximum size of each of the Navigation Boards are specified in Annex No. 2 hereto – Navigation Boards Specifications. 3.4.2 In case the Customer decides to change the existing Navigation Boards, especially as a result of a conceptual change to the presentation of the Customer, the Customer is obliged to present a visualisation of the Navigation Boards to the Provider for a written approval. The Customer is entitled to change the existing Navigation Boards with a prior written approval of the Provider maximally once (1x) every two (2) years 3.4.3 When the visualisation of the Navigation Board is made, the Customer must obtain a prior written agreement of the Provider with the modified visualisation, and the Provider may not unreasonably withhold his consent. 3.4.4 In principle, the Customer must perform any installations, deinstallations and maintenance of Navigation Boards at night, following a prior written consent of the Provider and under conditions specified by the Provider not to disrupt the safety and continuity of check-ins of passengers, unless agreed otherwise by the Contracting Parties. 3.4.5 The Customer must pay any costs related to the installation, maintenance, repairs, replacement and deinstallation of the Navigation Boards. 3.4.6 When using the Navigation Boards, the Customer must comply with generally binding legal regulations, particularly in the field of advertising, protection of competition and related regulations, including any international and domestic advertising codes of conduct. 3.4.7 The Customer must comply with any safety, operational, technical and fire-fighting regulations and instructions by the Provider, as well as any in-house rules regulating the airport operation and to provide training in this area to all of his employees working in the airport premises and to regularly repeat and update such training. 3.4.8 If damage to Navigation Boards is discovered or reported, the Customer must proceed with repairs of the navigation Boards without undue delays, however within 72 hours from the moment when the damage is discovered or reported and if the damage is beyond repair to remove the damaged part of the Navigation Board and replace it with a new one. 3.4.9 The Customer must endure any necessary limitations to the use of the navigation Boards, if any planned building adaptatio...

  • BOARDS 2.12.1 The provisions of 2.12.2 apply to the: Enrollment Commission; Yukon Land Use Planning Council; Regional Land Use Planning Commissions; Yukon Development Assessment Board; Yukon Heritage Resources Board; Yukon Geographical Place Names Board; Yukon Water Board; Fish and Wildlife Management Board, including the Salmon Sub-Committee; Renewable Resources Councils; Dispute Resolution Board; Surface Rights Board; Kluane National Park Management Board; and any other entity agreed to in a Yukon First Nation Final Agreement. 2.12.2 Unless otherwise provided in a Settlement Agreement, the following provisions shall apply to a Board: 2.12.2.1 a majority of the members nominated by Yukon First Nations or the Council for Yukon Indians, as the case may be, and a majority of the members nominated by Government shall be residents of the Yukon; 2.12.2.2 the Council for Yukon Indians or Yukon First Nations, as the case may be, and Government, shall put forward their nominees within 60 days of a request by the Minister; 2.12.2.3 appointments of Government nominees shall be made by the Minister as soon as practicable; 2.12.2.4 the Minister shall appoint as soon as practicable those persons nominated by Yukon First Nations or the Council for Yukon Indians, as the case may be; 2.12.2.5 in the event of a vacancy, the Board may discharge its duties with such members as have been nominated and appointed; 2.12.2.6 a member shall not be deemed to be in a position of conflict of interest solely by virtue of being a Yukon Indian Person; 2.12.2.7 members may only be removed for cause, provided however that, in addition to the grounds for removal for cause recognized generally in Law, a Board, may specify additional grounds in its procedures; 2.12.2.8 each Board shall prepare an annual budget for review and approval by Government and the approved expenses of the Board shall be a charge on Government; 2.12.2.9 each Board shall consider including in its annual budget funding to allow the Board to provide its members with cross cultural orientation and education, and other training directed to improving its members' ability to carry out their responsibilities, as well as funding for facilities to allow board members to carry out their responsibilities in their traditional languages; 2.12.2.10 each Board may adopt bylaws for its internal management and may make rules governing its procedures consistent with the Umbrella Final Agreement and with any Legislation establishing the Board; 2.12.2.11 appointments to a Board shall be for a three year term except that the term of initial appointments to a Board may, in the discretion of the nominating party, be less than but not exceed three years and any appointment replacing a member whose term has not expired shall only be for the unexpired portion of that term; and 2.12.2.12 members of Boards shall not be delegates of the parties who nominate or appoint them.

  • Synchronization, Commissioning and Commercial Operation 4.1.1 The Power Producer shall give at least fifteen (15) days written notice to the SLDC / ALDC / DISCOM as the case may be, of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System. 4.1.2 Subject to Article 4.1.1, the Power Project may be synchronized by the Power Producer to the Grid System when it meets all the connection conditions prescribed in the Grid Code and otherwise meets all other Indian legal requirements for synchronization to the Grid System. 4.1.3 The synchronization equipment and all necessary arrangements / equipment including Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) for scheduling of power generated from the Project and transmission of data to the concerned authority as per applicable regulation shall be installed by the Power Producer at its generation facility of the Power Project at its own cost. The Power Producer shall synchronize its system with the Grid System only after the approval of GETCO / SLDC / ALDC and GEDA. 4.1.4 The Power Producer shall immediately after each synchronization / tripping of generator, inform the sub-station of the Grid System to which the Power Project is electrically connected in accordance with applicable Grid Code. 4.1.5 The Power Producer shall commission the Project within SCOD. 4.1.6 The Power Producer shall be required to obtain Developer and/ or Transfer Permission, Key Plan drawing etc, if required, from GEDA. In cases of conversion of land from Agricultural to Non-Agriculture, the commissioning shall be taken up by GEDA only upon submission of N.A. permission by the Power Producer. 4.1.7 The Power Producer shall be required to follow the Forecasting and Scheduling procedures as per the Regulations issued by Hon’ble GERC from time to time. It is to clarify that in terms of GERC (Forecasting, Scheduling, Deviation Settlement and Related Matters of Solar and Wind Generation Sources) Regulations, 2019 the procedures for Forecasting, Scheduling & Deviation Settlment are applicable to all solar generators having combined installed capacity above 1 MW connected to the State Grid / Substation including those connected via pooling stations.

  • Transponders a. You agree to obtain a sticker Transponder for each vehicle registered to your Account. b. OCTA agrees to provide you one sticker Transponder for each vehicle registered to your account at no charge. c. To obtain carpool discounts you must purchase a FasTrak Flex Transponder. d. You agree to set the self-declaration switch on your FasTrak Flex Transponder in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, ordinances and policies prior to traveling on the 405 Express Lanes. e. If your FasTrak Flex Transponder fails to operate for reasons other than abuse or improper use, return it to us and we’ll replace it at no charge within five years of purchase of the FasTrak Flex Transponder. All other FasTrak Flex Transponder replacements or additional Transponder(s) will result in $15 for each FasTrak Flex Transponder. You agree to mount your Transponder according to the instructions provided to you and to ensure that your Transponder is in good working order. f. Sticker Transponders will be replaced at no additional charge. You acknowledge that sticker Transponders can only be used on one vehicle and that removing the Transponder will damage it and require you to obtain a new Transponder. g. If you drive on the 405 Express Lanes without a properly mounted Transponder in good working order or your Transponder is not read for any other reason, we may use an image of your license plate number to bill your Account. You agree to pay an administrative fee of $2 per image-based transaction in addition to the toll. If the license plate number is not active on your Account at the time of travel, or if your Account is not in good standing, you may receive a toll evasion violation or a citation by the CHP. You agree that we may charge you an additional processing fee. h. If you sell a vehicle or if your Transponder is lost or stolen, notify us immediately and you will not be liable for any unauthorized use of your Transponder that occurs after such notification.
