Necessary Approvals. Each Party shall be responsible for obtaining and keeping in effect all approvals from, and rights granted by, governmental authorities, building and property owners, other carriers, and any other persons that may be required in connection with the performance of its obligations under this Agreement. Each Party shall reasonably cooperate with the other Party in obtaining and maintaining any required approvals and rights for which such Party is responsible.
Necessary Approvals. Tenant shall proceed with all due diligence and exercise reasonable efforts to obtain and maintain, or cause to be obtained and maintained, all approvals necessary to use and operate, for its Permitted Use, each Property and the Facility located thereon under applicable law and, without limiting the foregoing, shall exercise reasonable efforts to maintain (or cause to be maintained) appropriate certifications for reimbursement and licensure.
Necessary Approvals. The Participating Generator represents that all necessary leases, approvals, permits, licenses, easements, rights of way or access to install, own and/or operate its Generating Units have been or will be obtained by the Participating Generator prior to the effective date of this Agreement.
