Need to Meet. The University shall meet and discuss with the Union or its designee any changes, which will lead to retrenchment and thereby influence wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment. The University shall provide to the Union accurate information, statistics, and financial data related to retrenchment. (a) If and when retrenchment notices are sent, copies of such notices shall be sent concurrently to the Union Contract Administrator.
