Common use of NEGATION OF WARRANTIES, ETC Clause in Contracts

NEGATION OF WARRANTIES, ETC. Except as otherwise stated above, nothing in this Agreement shall be construed or interpreted as: (a) a warranty or representation by Licensor that any ACI Manufactured Products made, used, sold or otherwise disposed of under the license granted in this Agreement is or will be free of infringement or the like of the rights of third parties; or Powder (b) granted by implication, estoppel or otherwise any licenses or rights other than those expressly granted hereunder.
