Negotiable Documents, Instruments and Chattel Paper. The Grantor has, contemporaneously with the execution and delivery of this Security Agreement, delivered to the Administrative Agent possession of all originals of all negotiable documents, instruments and chattel paper, including all negotiable documents, instruments and chattel paper evidencing Receivables, currently owned or held by the Grantor (duly endorsed in blank, if requested by the Administrative Agent).

The Grantor has, contemporaneously herewith, delivered to the Collateral Agent possession of all originals of all negotiable documents, instruments and chattel paper currently owned or held by the Grantor (duly endorsed in blank, if requested by the Collateral Agent) having a value of at least $500,000.

Such Grantor has, contemporaneously herewith, delivered to the Administrative Agent possession of all originals of all Documents, Instruments, promissory notes, Pledged Notes and tangible Chattel Paper owned or held by such Grantor (duly endorsed, in blank, if reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent), in the case of Documents which have a stated amount in excess of $250,000 individually or in the aggregate for all such Documents, in the case of Instruments, promissory notes, and Pledged Notes which have a stated amount in excess of $250,000 individually or in the aggregate for all such Instruments, promissory notes, and Pledged Notes, and in the case of tangible Chattel Paper which has a stated amount in excess of $250,000 individually or in the aggregate for all such tangible Chattel Paper.
