Negotiated Terms and Conditions. To the extent there are negotiated terms and conditions as well as accepted exceptions and assumptions to the Contract such terms and conditions are addressed in Attachment L, Supplemental Terms and Conditions, Attachment I, Contractor’s Response to System Agency’s Clarification Questions, Attachment J, Price Schedule (Budget), Attachment O, Liquidated Damages Matrix, Attachment P, Vendor Negotiations Action Items, Attachment Q, Project Plan, or Article III of this Signature Document. Any negotiated terms, exceptions, or assumptions not explicitly accepted in Attachment L, Attachment I, Attachment J, Attachment O, Attachment P, Attachment Q, or Article III of this Signature Document are rejected and not incorporated as part of the Contract.
