Common use of Negotiations During Term Clause in Contracts

Negotiations During Term. The parties mutually acknowledge that, during the negotiations which resulted in this Master Agreement, each had the opportunity to make requests and proposals regarding terms and conditions of employment for Teachers. All understandings and agreements arrived at by the parties are set forth in this Master Agreement. For the duration of this Master Agreement, the Employer and the Association each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waive the right to meet and negotiate regarding any and all terms and conditions of employment, whether or not specifically referred to or covered in this Master Agreement, even though such matters may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time this Master Agreement was negotiated or executed; provided, however, that any provision of this Master Agreement may be amended in writing at any time by mutual consent of the parties.
