Net Amount. Subject to the limitation in Section 14.02(e), if applicable, in the event that an Indemnifying Party is obligated to indemnify and hold any Indemnified Party harmless under this Article XIV, the amount owing to the Indemnified Party shall be the amount of such Indemnified Party’s actual Claims, net of any insurance or other recovery actually received by the Indemnified Party.
