Network Integrity. You must not use the Service in a way that may interfere with the efficiency, security or integrity of Our network.
Network Integrity i. Participant agrees to contract and fully fund the Chief Information Officer’s recommended Wide Area Network transport bandwidth needed to interconnect the Participant’s premise with the Network Nebraska-Education aggregation point (as listed in Appendix 3).
ii. Participant agrees to install and maintain, on its own or as part of a consortium, appropriate network security measures, virus and malware protection, and firewalls, in order to preserve the integrity of the network, as defined by its institutional or regional network security officer.
iii. Participant agrees to provide notice in writing, if required by guidelines established by the University of Nebraska and the Chief Information Officer for participation in Network Nebraska, to the distance education director of the Educational Service Unit Coordinating Council, the University of Nebraska, and the Chief Information Officer prior to the use of any new or additional equipment that will impact the use of Network Nebraska by such education-related political subdivision or other education-related political subdivisions [N.R.S. 86-520.01]
iv. Participant agrees to develop and maintain a security policy that includes, but is not limited to:
a) Desktop and server anti-virus protection
b) Wireless access point security
c) Firewall rules for internal and external protection
d) For K-12 schools and libraries, Internet filtering that complies with the Children’s Internet Protection Act (CIPA) xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/cgb/consumerfacts/cipa.html
v. Participant agrees to provide two-deep technical contact information for the Network Nebraska automatic notification system, which includes at minimum, contact name, e-mail address, work phone number, and a cell phone number.
vi. Participant agrees to keep technical contact information current by notifying the UNCSN NOC by email (xxx@xxxxxxxx.xxx) or by manually updating it themselves in the network management tool.
vii. Participant agrees to establish what portion of a day it wants technical contact(s) to be notified of scheduled or unscheduled outages and by what method. Choices for time of day include 24 hours by 7 days (including holidays), 6 AM to 10 PM Monday through Friday, or 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday. Methods of notification include email, phone call, or text message. Network Integrity. In addition to all other rights provided to the Network Administrator in the Network Documents, the Network Administrator shall have the right to take such actions, as determined by the Network Administrator, in its sole judgment and discretion, to ensure the continuing integrity and/or profitability of the Network. Such actions may include, but not be limited to, limiting the number and types of weeks a Member may deposit, restricting Members’ ability to access Points Partner Inventory, restricting the number of Points Member’s may apply towards Points Partner inventory, restricting the timing or amount of RCI Points that may be saved, extended, borrowed, transferred or rented, restricting the number of Guest Certificates a Member may obtain, and adjusting the RCI Point value of Vacation Time and units of Points Partner Inventory.

Network Integrity. TS shall comply with the applicable network integrity provisions of the TS Performance List developed pursuant to Article II.
Network Integrity. 15.1 You must not use the service in a way that may interfere with the efficiency, security or integrity of Our network.
15.2 You must reasonably ensure that no-one interferes with the operation of a service or any Customer Premises Equipment or makes it unsafe.
Network Integrity. If Midco determines in its sole discretion that action is necessary to protect its network and/or resources, Midco may take actions it determines appropriate, including: circuit blocking, port blocking, email virus scanning, denying email access or transmission, and putting limits on bandwidth and email usage. The Parties further agree that none of their respective obligations to one another under the Agreement will be affected by any such action and no Party will have any obligation to the other Party for any claim, judgment or liability resulting from such action. Unless the circuit block was prompted and necessary due to Customer’s action or inaction, Customer will be relieved of all obligations to make payments for charges relating to Service for the period of the circuit blockage.
Network Integrity. In addition to all other rights provided to the Network Administrator in the Network Documents, the Network Administrator shall have the right to take such actions, as determined by the Network Administrator in its discretion, to ensure the continuing integrity of the Network. Such actions may include, but not be limited to, restricting the timing or amount of RCI Points that may be saved, borrowed, transferred or rented, and adjusting the RCI Points value of Accommodation.
Network Integrity. It is strictly prohibited to take or cause another to take any action which (i) provides access to the Switch Network from outside of a Facility; (ii) extends the Switch Network beyond a Facility in which access is initially provided by Switch; (iii) is in violation or which would cause a violation of Switch’s competitive data center carrier interconnections; (iv) resell, pass-through, sublicense, rent, lease, timeshare or rebrand the Switch Network or Switch’s services or otherwise provide access to the Switch Network to any party not within Customer’s enterprise, or (v) in any way provides a non-Switch customer with access to the Switch Network other than a permitted third party physically located within the Customer’s colocation space. Switch reserves the right to grant limited exceptions to the foregoing restrictions to accommodate unique circumstances.
Network Integrity. Grande reserves the right to protect the integrity of its network and resources by any means it deems appropriate. This includes, but is not limited to: port blocking, email virus scanning, denying email access or transmission, and putting limits on bandwidth and email usage.
