Network Service Protection Requirements. For all of the Licensee’s operations sites and facilities transmitting or distributing the licensed content, Licensee shall use commercially reasonable efforts to: (a) Utilize processes and procedures to ensure that the licensed content is received, accessed, processed, distributed, stored, and returned or destroyed only in a secure, authorized manner by authorized personnel; (b) Utilize tape/content library management controls; (c) Utilize visitor access controls for facilities used by Licensee to receive, prepare, store, and deliver licensed content; (d) Utilize restricted area access, physical, and electronic security controls for facilities used by Licensee to receive, prepare, store, and deliver licensed content; (e) Utilize piracy monitoring, detection, and reporting processes and controls
