In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring per-circuit local loop charge of charges ranging from $4,530 3,000 to $3,400 for Type 3 1 OC-3 Sonet Access Service at 1 CLLI code 2 NPX/NAA locations mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company. A 1 year term applies. Customer commits to pay the Local Access Channel Monthly Recurring Charge for the applicable service commitment period, even if the circuit is terminated sooner (unless terminated by the Customer for Cause).
