Each week, Employer will provide the Union a report containing the following information for each employee in the bargaining unit: ● Employee name; ● Employee identification number; ● Worksite and Department; ● Date of hire; ● Employment status change such as leave of absence, separation, retirement or position change; ● Classification; ● Contact information or change of information such as cellular, home and work telephone numbers; personal and work electronic mail addresses; and home or personal mailing address, if available and/or provided by the employee.
