Common use of New Employees Orientation Clause in Contracts

New Employees Orientation. Each newly hired employee will be introduced to a Shop Xxxxxxx at the first opportunity when doing so will not cause an undue interruption with either the employee’s or the Xxxxxxx’x job duties. In any event, such introductions will take place within two (2) weeks of the date the employee commences instruction. The Parties agree that the introduction will take place during “cash-out” at a time mutually agreed between the Company and the Shop Xxxxxxx.
