Common use of New Employers Clause in Contracts

New Employers. While Participant is employed by the Company and for a period of twelve (12) months immediately following the date Participant ceases to be an employee of the Company, Participant will inform each new employer, prior to accepting employment, of the existence of this Agreement, including the prohibitions contained in Section 14, Section 15 and Section 16 and provide that employer with a copy of it. Participant authorizes the Company to forward a copy of the prohibitions against competition as contained in this section to any actual or prospective new employer.

While the Participant is employed by the Company or any of its Affiliates and for a period of twelve (12) months immediately following the date the Participant ceases to be an employee of the CompanyCompany or any of its Affiliates, the Participant will inform each new employer, prior to accepting employment, of the existence of this Agreement, including the prohibitions contained in Section 14Sections 10, Section 15 11, and Section 16 12, and provide that employer with a copy of it. The Participant authorizes the Company to forward a copy of the prohibitions against competition as contained in this section to any actual or prospective new employer.

While Participant is employed by the Company and for a period of twelve one (121) months year immediately following the date Participant ceases to be an employee of the Company, Participant will inform each new employer, prior to accepting employment, of the existence of this Award Agreement, including the prohibitions contained in Section Sections 13, 14, Section 15 and Section 16 15, and provide that employer with a copy of it. Participant authorizes the Company to forward a copy of the prohibitions against competition as contained in this section Award Agreement to any actual or prospective new employer.
