New Job Classifications Within the Bargaining Unit. The District agrees to post new job classifications within the unit for at least five (5) school days whenever posible. Such posting will include the minimum qualifications and general duties established by the Superintendent. Teachers currently working will have a minimum of five (5) school days in which to submit an application for such new job classification. If the new job classification occurs when school is not in session, all teachers will be notified by email and/or automated phone message and will have five (5) business days to submit an application. If more than one candidate applies, a fair and reasonable interview will be granted to each applicant by the Superintendent or his/her designee upon request.
