Common use of New Lease Clause in Contracts

New Lease. Upon the written request of either Mortgagee or Lessee to the other given at the time of any foreclosure, trustee's sale or conveyance in lieu thereof, the parties agree to execute a lease of the Demised Premises upon the same terms and conditions as the Lease between Lessor and Lessee, which lease shall cover any unexpired term of the Lease existing prior to such foreclosure, trustee's sale or conveyance in lieu of foreclosure.

New Lease. Upon the written request of either Mortgagee or Lessee to the other given at the time of any foreclosure, trustee's ’s sale or conveyance in lieu thereof, the parties agree to execute a lease of the Demised Premises upon the same terms and conditions as the Lease between Lessor and Lessee, which lease shall cover any unexpired un-expired term of the Lease existing prior to such foreclosure, trustee's ’s sale or conveyance in lieu of foreclosure.

New Lease. Upon the written request of either Mortgagee or Lessee --------- to the other given at the time of of, or any time after, any foreclosure, trustee's sale or conveyance in lieu thereof, the parties agree to execute a lease of the Demised Premises Project upon the same terms and conditions as the Lease between Lessor and Lessee, which lease shall cover any unexpired term of the Lease existing prior to such foreclosure, trustee's sale or conveyance in lieu of foreclosure.
