New Swing Loans. So long as any Bank is a Defaulting Bank, the Agent shall fund any Swing Loans up to its Swing Line Commitment, provided that no Swing Line Bank shall incur aggregate credit exposure hereunder with respect to Loans and Swing Line Exposure in excess of its Commitment.
