Common use of New Wage Rates Clause in Contracts

New Wage Rates. 2.1.1 Subject to more beneficial rates being applied in accordance with clauses, 2.9.6 and 2.9.7 to 2.9.16, the minimum wage increases to apply are 2.5% per annum on the last agreement rates as contained in the State Government Entities Certified Agreement 2015 and will apply as follows:  1 September 2019;  1 September 2020; and  1 September 2021. 2.1.2 The salary schedules reflecting the rates payable at 1 September 2019 are set out in Appendix 3 of this Agreement.
