New York Office. The Company shall maintain an office in New York, New York for Executive’s use in connection with his performance of services for the Company pursuant to this Agreement. As of the Restatement Effective Date, the Company and Executive have agreed on the initial location of such office. Following the Restatement Effective Date, the New York office may be relocated by the Company to any location reasonably satisfactory to Executive.
New York Office. The Company’s principal place of business is 000 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000. The Company may maintain offices at such other place or places within or outside the State of New York as the Board deems advisable.
New York Office. Buyer shall have reasonably sufficient space to operate the Business either at Xxx Xxxx Xxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000 or 000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000 (as provided in Section 7.8), in either case as provided in all material respects in the Transition Services Agreement, or reasonably comparable space in the Borough of Manhattan, New York, New York.
New York Office. During the Term, and any renewal term (s), you shall be assigned to the Company's current offices at 000 Xxxx 00xx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx X, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx ("New York Office") and the Company may not require you to work from any other location, without your prior written consent. You shall at all times during the Term be provided an executive assistant of your choosing in the New York office, who shall work exclusively for you, and be paid a salary and other compensation determined by you.
New York Office. The initial 2010 annual budget for overhead expenses to maintain a New York City office at the corporate headquarters of the Sponsor shall be $1,200,000 (excluding any compensation Xxxx X. Xxxxxxxxxxxx receives as Executive Chairman of the Board). The New York office will be used to support the usual activities of an Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors and/or other New York-based directors, as well as serving as a New York base for senior officers of Parent when they are in New York, with such budget to encompass occupancy expenses as well as other corporate expenses related to that office.
