NGOs and Community Groups. No dispute between the Purchaser or any of its subsidiaries and any non-governmental organization, community or community group exists or, to the knowledge of the Purchaser, is threatened or imminent with respect to any of the Purchaser Properties or operations.
NGOs and Community Groups. No dispute between the Company or any of its subsidiaries and any non-governmental organization, community or community group exists or, to the knowledge of the Company, is threatened or imminent with respect to any of the Company Properties or operations. The Company has provided the Purchaser and its Representatives with full and complete access to all material correspondence received by the Company, its subsidiaries or their Representatives from any non-governmental organization, community, community group or Native American or aboriginal group.
NGOs and Community Groups. No dispute between the Company or any of its subsidiaries and any non-governmental organization, community, or community group exists or, to the knowledge of the Company, is threatened or imminent with respect to any of the Exeter Properties or operations.
NGOs and Community Groups. No dispute between Rio Alto or any of its subsidiaries and any non-governmental organization, community, or community group that will have a Rio Alto Material Adverse Effect exists or, to the knowledge of Rio Alto, is threatened or imminent with respect to any of Rio Alto’s or any of its subsidiaries’ properties or operations.
NGOs and Community Groups. No material dispute between Tahoe or any of its subsidiaries and any non-governmental organization, community, or community group that will have a Tahoe Material Adverse Effect exists or, to the best of Tahoe’s knowledge, is threatened or imminent with respect to any of Tahoe’s or any of its subsidiaries’ properties or operations.
NGOs and Community Groups. No material dispute between Primero or any of its Subsidiaries and any non-governmental organization, community, or community group exists or, to the best of Primero ‘knowledge, is threatened or imminent with respect to any of Primero’s or any of its Subsidiaries’ properties or exploration activities.
NGOs and Community Groups. Except as listed in Section 3.1(kk) of the Norbord Disclosure Letter, to the knowledge of Norbord:
(i) no authorized legal representative of any community in the vicinity of any of the Norbord Owned Real Properties or Norbord Leased Properties has communicated in writing to Norbord a requirement that (i) the consent of such community be obtained as a condition to continued operation of any such Norbord Owned Real Property or any Norbord Leased Property, or (ii) a material increase in the compensation payments payable by Norbord under any community development or social framework or similar agreements as a condition to the continued operation of Norbord Owned Real Property or any Norbord Leased Property, except for such consents or increases in compensation payments as would not, individually or in the aggregate, have a Material Adverse Effect; and
(ii) no dispute exists or is threatened in writing between community groups and Norbord and its subsidiaries with respect to their respective businesses, assets and operations, except for such disputes that would not, individually or in the aggregate, have a Material Adverse Effect.

No material dispute between Tahoe or any of its subsidiaries and any non-governmental organization, community, community group, First Nations, aboriginal or indigenous peoples or aboriginal or indigenous group exists or, to the knowledge of Tahoe, is threatened with respect to any of Tahoe’s or any of its subsidiaries’ properties or operations. Tahoe has provided Pan American and Pan American’s representatives with full and complete access to all material correspondence received by Tahoe, its subsidiaries or their representatives from any non-governmental organization, community, community group, First Nations, aboriginal or indigenous peoples or aboriginal or indigenous group.
NGOs and Community Groups. No material dispute between Pan American or any of its subsidiaries and any non-governmental organization, community, community group, First Nations, aboriginal or indigenous peoples or aboriginal or indigenous group exists or, to the knowledge of Pan American, is threatened with respect to any of Pan American’s or any of its subsidiaries’ properties or operations.
NGOs and Community Groups. (i) No authorized legal representative of any community in the vicinity of any of the Project Real Properties has communicated in writing to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries a requirement that (a) the consent of such community be obtained as a condition to continued operation of any such Project Real Property or (b) a material increase in the compensation payments payable by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries under any community development or social framework or similar agreements as a condition to the continued operation of such Project Real Properties.
(ii) No dispute exists or is threatened in writing between community groups and the Company and its Subsidiaries with respect to their respective businesses, assets and operations, except for such disputes that would not, individually or in the aggregate, have a Material Adverse Effect.
