NGOs and Community Groups. No dispute between the Purchaser or any of its subsidiaries and any non-governmental organization, community or community group exists or, to the knowledge of the Purchaser, is threatened or imminent with respect to any of the Purchaser Properties or operations.

NGOs and Community Groups. No material dispute (including any dispute relating to the ownership of any Dolly Varden’s or its subsidiaries properties) between Contango, any of its subsidiaries or, to the knowledge of Contango, the Peak Gold JV, and any non-governmental organization, community, community group, Indigenous group exists or, to the knowledge of Contango, is threatened with respect to any of Contango’s, any of its subsidiaries’ or the Peak Gold JV’s properties or operations. Contango has provided Dolly Varden with full and complete access to all material correspondence received by Contango, its subsidiaries or their respective Representatives from any non-governmental organization, community, community group or Indigenous group.

Dolly Varden has provided Contango and the Acquiror with full and complete access to all material correspondence received by Dolly Varden, its subsidiaries or their respective Representatives from any non-governmental organization, community, community group or Indigenous group.

NGOs and Community Groups. No dispute between Rio Alto or any of its subsidiaries and any non-governmental organization, community, or community group that will have a Rio Alto Material Adverse Effect exists or, to the knowledge of Rio Alto, is threatened or imminent with respect to any of Rio Alto’s or any of its subsidiaries’ properties or operations.

NGOs and Community Groups. No material dispute between Tahoe or any of its subsidiaries and any non-governmental organization, community, or community group that will have a Tahoe Material Adverse Effect exists or, to the best of Tahoe’s knowledge, is threatened or imminent with respect to any of Tahoe’s or any of its subsidiaries’ properties or operations.

NGOs and Community Groups. No material dispute between Company or any of its subsidiaries and any non-governmental organization, community, or community group exists or, to the knowledge of Company, is threatened or imminent with respect to any of the Company Properties or operations.

Tahoe has provided Pan American and Pan American’s representatives with full and complete access to all material correspondence received by Tahoe, its subsidiaries or their representatives from any non-governmental organization, community, community group, First Nations, aboriginal or indigenous peoples or aboriginal or indigenous group.
