Night Differential. An employee shall be paid a night differential, bi-weekly for hours worked between midnight and 7:00 a.m. at a rate of $3.00 per hour. Night differential worked during overtime will be paid at one and one-half (1 ½) times $3.00 and on statutory holidays at two (2) times $3.00.
Night Differential. A. Whenever an Employee's scheduled straight-time hours, including holiday work, fall between the hours of six (6:00) p.m. and six (6:00) a.m., the Employee shall be paid, in addition to the Employee’s basic compensation, the amount of sixty-five cents ($.65) per hour for each hour of actual work performed during such six (6:00) p.m. to six (6:00) a.m. hours; provided, however, if one-half (1/2) or more of the Employee's scheduled straight-time hours fall between six (6:00) p.m. and six (6:00) a.m., the Employee shall be paid, in addition to the Employee’s basic compensation, the amount of sixty-five cents ($.65) per hour for each straight-time hour actually worked.
B. Whenever an Employee's overtime hours fall between the hours of six (6:00) p.m. and six (6:00) a.m., the Employee shall be paid the night differential for each hour of actual overtime work performed during such six (6:00) p.m. to six (6:00) a.m. hours.
C. The differential plus the basic compensation shall be used in determining the cash payment for overtime work performed pursuant to the provisions of paragraph A or B above.
D. For the purpose of granting differential for work performed for a portion of an hour, the differential shall be thirty-two cents ($.32) for work of one-half (1/2) hour or less, and sixty-five cents ($.65) for work of more than one-half (1/2) hour.
Night Differential. Employees whose weekly work schedules consist of regularly scheduled night tours shall receive a night differential of ten percent (10%) of their Adjusted Rate. Employees who work fewer than five (5) night tours in a calendar week shall be paid a differential equal to one-fifth (1/5) of the night differential for each scheduled tour so worked.
Night Differential. Any employee, any part of whose shift is worked at any time between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. shall receive a night differential of $13.00 for each such shift worked.

Night Differential. 14.4.1 A night differential of 5 percent is established to compensate for all shifts that have 50 percent or more work between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
14.4.2 It is understood that anyone receiving time and one-half (1-1/2) from his/her regularly scheduled working hours will not be compensated for the night differential percentage.
14.4.3 In addition, any regularly scheduled employee whose job performance constitutes more than 50 percent (50%) of his/her time between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. in a regular month will be compensated with a night differential.
Night Differential. An employee who works or travels more than two (2) hours between 2400 and 0700 hours shall be paid a night differential of fifteen percent (15%) of the basic rate for all hours worked during the entire tour. Night differential shall not be deemed overtime or part of basic pay.
Night Differential. An employee who works a scheduled tour, any part of which falls between midnight (24:00) and 6:00 a.m. (06:00), will be paid an additional hourly differential of ten percent (10%) of their Basic Wage Rate for each hour or part hour worked in that time period.

Employees shall receive a night differential equal to ten percent (10%) of the employee's basic wage rate for all time actually worked between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. A night differential shall not be paid when an employee works during the night differential time period as a result of the employee's request to change his or her scheduled hours.
Night Differential. An employee whose regular-assigned shift starts on or after 10:00 p.m. will be granted a night-shift differential of twenty cents ($.20) per hour.
