No Accord and Satisfaction. No acceptance by Landlord of a lesser sum than the Fixed Rent, Additional Rent or any other charge then due shall be deemed to be other than on account of the earliest installment of such rent or charge due, nor shall any endorsement or statement on any check or any letter accompanying any check or payment as rent or other charge be deemed an accord and satisfaction, and Landlord may accept such check or payment without prejudice to Landlord’s right to recover the balance of such installment or pursue any other remedy in this Lease provided.
No Accord and Satisfaction. No payment by Tenant or receipt by Landlord of a lesser amount than the monthly installment of Base Rent or any Additional Rent will be other than on account of the earliest stipulated Base Rent and Additional Rent, nor will any endorsement or statement on any check or letter accompanying a check for payment of any Base Rent or Additional Rent be an accord and satisfaction. Landlord may accept such check or payment without prejudice to Landlord’s right to recover the balance of such Rent or to pursue any other remedy provided in this Lease.
No Accord and Satisfaction. The acceptance by Lessor of any sums from Lessee (whether as Basic Rent or otherwise) in amounts which are less than the amounts due and payable by Lessee hereunder is not intended, nor shall be construed, to constitute an accord and satisfaction of any dispute between Lessor and Lessee regarding sums due and payable by Lessee hereunder, unless Lessor specifically deems it as such in writing.

No payment by Tenant or receipt by Landlord of an amount less than the Base Rent or Additional Rent or any other sum due and payable under this Lease shall be deemed to be other than a payment on account of the Base Rent, Additional Rent or other such sum, nor shall any endorsement or statement on any check or any letter accompanying any check or payment be deemed an accord and satisfaction, nor preclude Landlord's right to recover the balance of any amount payable or Landlord's right to pursue any other remedy provided in this Lease or at law.
No Accord and Satisfaction. Landlord may collect and receive any rent due from Tenant, and the payment thereof shall not constitute a waiver of or affect any notice or demand given, suit instituted or judgment obtained by Landlord, or be held to waive, affect, change, modify or alter the rights or remedies that Landlord has against Tenant in equity, at law, or by virtue of this Lease. No receipt or acceptance by Landlord from Tenant of less than the monthly rent herein stipulated shall be deemed to be other than a partial payment on account for any due and unpaid stipulated rent; no endorsement or statement on any check or any letter or other writing accompanying any check or payment of rent to Landlord shall be deemed an accord and satisfaction, and Landlord may accept and negotiate such check or payment without prejudice to Landlord’s rights to (a) recover the remaining balance of such unpaid rent, or (b) pursue any other remedy provided in this Lease.

No payment by Tenant, or receipt by Landlord, or an amount which is less than the full amount of rent and all other sums payable by Tenant hereunder at such time shall be deemed to be other than on account of (a) the earliest of such other sums due and payable, and thereafter (b) the earliest Base Rent due and payable hereunder. No endorsement or statement on any check or any letter accompanying any payment of rent or such other sums shall be deemed an accord and satisfaction. Landlord may accept any such check or payment without prejudice to Landlord's right to receive payment of the balance of such rent and/or other sums or to Landlord's right to pursue any remedies to which Landlord may be entitled to recover such balance.
