No Additional Billing. The Contractor shall not charge directly or indirectly any fees or other charges of any nature for Services provided under this Agreement to the Injured Worker or to any other individual, business or other entity, except as expressly permitted in this Agreement. The Contractor acknowledges and agrees that no WorkSafeBC Officer has the authority to deviate from the fees payable under Schedule B and that no amount shall be payable under this Agreement, except as set out in Schedule B.
