No Additional Members. The Company is intended to be a single member limited liability company. No additional Persons may be admitted to the Company as members unless and until this Agreement has been amended to provide for additional members.
No Additional Members. No additional Members shall be admitted to the Company except in accordance with this Article IV.
No Additional Members. The Manager may not admit additional Members to the Company unless otherwise advised by legal counsel to the Company. The Manager may, at its option, permit additional capital contributions to be made to the Company by the Member as of each Business Day (as hereinafter defined) and at such other times as the Manager may determine in its sole and absolute discretion.

Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, under no circumstances shall any Additional Member be admitted to the Company as a Member unless and until (i) the relevant Additional Member shall have executed a counterpart signature page to this Agreement agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and any other agreements or instruments by which a Member is bound as a condition to or by virtue of the Member’s ownership of an Interest, and (ii) the admission of such Additional Member has been Approved by the Members as provided in Section 7.3(ii).
No Additional Members. No Persons shall be admitted as additional Members of the Company except Substituted Members pursuant to Section 11.4 or a successor to the Managing Member pursuant to Sections 11.2 and 12.1. No additional LLC Units shall be issued.
