NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted under any circumstances at gatherings where the guest of honor is under twenty-one (21) years of age. If alcohol is found it will result in automatic loss of deposit.
NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES allowed on premises.
NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. FREQUENT USE DISCOUNT MAY APPLY (10%). WINTER USE FEE MAY APPLY (10%).
NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. Member's Initials Member hereby expressly understands that any and all alcoholic beverages and/or illegal controlled substances are strictly prohibited. Should CCECA or one of its agents or employees discover that this provision is being violated, CCECA, its agent, or employee shall evict Member from the premises and Member shall vacate the premises immediately.
NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. IT IS ILLEGAL TO HAVE OR CONSUME ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN A CITY PARK.
NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. The possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages at the facility or the Property is strictly prohibited.
NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. Overnight use is conditional, requiring 4 days’ advance notice and Board approval.
NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES or illegal substances allowed on the Premises at any time. Violation of this provision cancels this Agreement and forfeits any monies paid.
NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. (Security deposit will be forfeited if evidence of alcohol use is discovered).
NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed, sold or dispensed in or around the Use Area.
