No Amendment of Contracts. Any entering into, amendment or termination by Company of any contract, or any waiver of material rights thereunder, other than in the ordinary course of business;
No Amendment of Contracts. Any amendment or termination of any contract or agreement of LP Bxxxx, xx any waiver of material rights thereunder, other than in the ordinary course of business, which would have a material adverse effect on the Business, financial condition or results of operations of LP Bxxxx;
No Amendment of Contracts. Any entering into, amendment or termination by Company of any contract (other than the Cranberry Supply Contracts), or any waiver of material rights thereunder (including, without limitation, requesting or accepting of any delivery prior to the Closing Date under the Ocean Spray Contract described in Schedule 2.2(a)(i) in advance of or in addition to the normal or regularly scheduled deliveries thereunder), other than in the ordinary course of business consistent with past practice or as contemplated by this Agreement or the Inventory Purchase Agreement (as defined in Section 7.10);
No Amendment of Contracts. Except as set forth in Schedule 4.6(j), any entering into, amendment or termination by Seller of any contract, or any waiver or release of material rights or claims thereunder including any write-off or other compromise of any account receivable of Seller, related to the Purchased Assets, other than in the ordinary course of business;

No Amendment of Contracts. Any entering into, amendment or termination by PWBV of any contract, or any waiver of material rights thereunder, other than in the Ordinary Course of Business.
No Amendment of Contracts. Any entering into, amendment or termination by Seller or the UK Subsidiary of any material contract, or any waiver or release of material rights or material claims thereunder including any write-off or other compromise of any account receivable of Seller, other than in the ordinary course of business;
No Amendment of Contracts. Any entering into, amendment or early termination of any Contract relating to employment to which Company is a party other than as (i) contemplated pursuant to this Agreement or (ii) required by law; any entering into, amendment or early termination of any Contract between Company and any shareholder, director or officer of Company (or with any relative, beneficiary, spouse or Affiliate of any such person); any entering into, amendment or termination by Company of any material Contract in connection with or affecting the Business, or any release or waiver of material rights thereunder, other than in the ordinary course of business;
