No Amendment or Modification. No modification, amendment, or waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall be effective unless in writing and either signed or accepted electronically by an authorized representative of both Parties.
No Amendment or Modification. No amendment or modification to this Joinder Agreement, or any waiver of any term, condition, or provision hereof, shall be effective unless it shall be in writing signed by the party against whom such amendment, modification or waiver is to be enforced.

None of Crown, Crown Partnership or any Crown Subsidiary shall amend or otherwise modify the Crown Rights Agreement, except as provided pursuant to this Agreement, or the Crown Partnership Distribution Agreement.
