No Attorneys’ Fees. If any action is brought at law or in equity in any court or through any alternative mutually agreeable dispute resolution process to enforce any provision of this Agreement, or for damages by reason of any alleged breach of this Agreement, the Parties mutually agree that each Party to this Agreement shall bear its own attorneys fees and costs.
