Common use of No Attorneys’ Fees Clause in Contracts

No Attorneys’ Fees. If any action is brought at law or in equity in any court or through any alternative mutually agreeable dispute resolution process to enforce any provision of this Agreement, or for damages by reason of any alleged breach of this Agreement, the Parties mutually agree that each Party to this Agreement shall bear its own attorneys fees and costs.

If In the event of any action is brought at law litigation, mediation, arbitration or in equity in any court or through any alternative mutually agreeable other dispute resolution process arising out of or related to enforce any provision of this Agreement, or for damages by reason of any alleged breach of this Agreement, the Parties mutually agree that each Party agrees to this Agreement shall bear be responsible for its own attorneys fees attorneys’ and costsother professional fees, costs and expenses associated with any such proceedings.
