Common use of No Brokerage Commission Clause in Contracts

No Brokerage Commission. As part of the consideration for the granting of this Lease, the Tenant represents and warrants to the Landlord that no broker or agent (other than any broker or agent authorized in writing by the Landlord) negotiated or was instrumental in negotiating or consummating this Lease. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any broker or agent of the Tenant shall be paid by the Tenant to the exoneration of the Landlord.
