No Conflicting Commitments. During the Term, Executive will not undertake any commitments, engage or have an interest in any outside business activities or enter into any consulting agreements which, in the good faith determination of the Chief Executive Officer, conflict with the Company’s interests or which might reasonably be expected to impair the performance of Executive’s duties as a full-time employee of the Company. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Executive may pursue personal interests (including, without limitation, industry, civic and charitable activities) and attend to his personal investments, so long as such activities do not interfere with the performance of his duties hereunder.
No Conflicting Commitments. During the period of Executive’s full time employment with the Company, Executive will not undertake any commitments which might materially impair Executive’s performance of his duties as a full time Executive of the Company.
No Conflicting Commitments. Employee represents and warrants that he has no commitments or obligations of any kind whatsoever inconsistent with this Agreement which would impair, infringe upon or limit his ability to enter into this Agreement or to perform the services required of him hereunder.

Contractor represents and warrants that he/she/it is free to enter into this Agreement and is not bound by any employment agreement, services agreement, nondisclosure or confidentiality agreement, non-competition agreement or any other agreement, document or obligation that may infringe upon or limit Contractor’s ability to perform, or in any manner prevent Contractor from performing, any of his/her/its obligations under this Agreement or that may result in liability to LIBERTY in any manner, action, suit or other proceeding concerning Contractor’s employment with a current or former employer (or the termination thereof), Contractor’s engagement by any other company (or the termination thereof, or any other relationship between Contractor and another party. Contractor represents and warrants that there are no other agreements, relationships or commitments to any other person or entity that conflict with Contractor’s obligations to LIBERTY under this Agreement.
No Conflicting Commitments. Employee will not enter into any employment or consulting agreement that, in the opinion of the Board, conflicts with the Company’s interests or that might impair the performance of Employee’s duties as an employee of the Company consistent with the terms of this Agreement.
No Conflicting Commitments. Distributor shall not enter into any third party commitments or contracts with end-user customers for THERMO Product sales or service and repair that supersedes or conflicts with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
No Conflicting Commitments. During the Employment Term, Executive shall devote substantially all of Executive’s business time and efforts to the performance of Executive’s duties hereunder. Executive may continue to serve on any outside boards on which Executive currently serves. Executive will not enter into any employment or consulting agreement which, in the opinion of the Board, conflicts with the Company’s interests or which might impair the performance of Executive’s duties as an employee of the Company consistent with the terms herein.

During the Term, Executive will not undertake any commitments, engage or have an interest in any outside business activities or enter into any consulting agreements which, in the good faith determination of the Board of Directors (excluding Executive), conflict with the Company’s interests or which might reasonably be expected to impair the performance of Executive’s duties as a full-time employee of the Company. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Executive may pursue personal interests (including, without limitation, industry, civic and charitable activities), attend to his personal investments, so long as such activities do not interfere with the performance of his duties hereunder, and, until December 31, 2007, continue to satisfy obligations with respect to his prior employer.
No Conflicting Commitments. During the period of Executive's full time employment with the Company, Executive will not undertake any commitments which might materially impair Executive's performance of his duties as a full time employee of the Company. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary the Executive shall have the right to continue to serve on the Board of Directors of GeneMatrix, Inc., and may from time to time serve on such other boards of directors, or boards of trustees, of both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, provided that such organizations are not directly competitive with the business of GTC and such service does not materially impair Executive's performance of his duties hereunder.
No Conflicting Commitments. GMH shall not enter into any third party commitments or contracts with end-user customers for THERMO product sales or service and repair that supersedes or conflicts with the terms and conditions of Agreement.
