Common use of No Contractual Relationship Between Servicers and Master Servicer or Depositor Clause in Contracts

No Contractual Relationship Between Servicers and Master Servicer or Depositor. Any Servicing Agreement (or subservicing agreement) that may be entered into and any other transactions or services relating to the Mortgage Loans involving a Servicer shall be deemed to be between such Servicer and the other parties thereto (and to the extent the Trustee is assigned rights thereunder or made third-party beneficiaries thereof, the Trustee) and the Depositor and the Master Servicer shall not be deemed parties thereto and shall have no claims, rights, obligations, duties or liabilities with respect to such Servicing Agreement (except as set forth in this Article IV) or subservicing agreement.
