No Contractual Relationship Between Sub. Servicer, Trustee or the Certificateholders. Any Sub-Servicing Agreement and any other transactions or services relating to the Mortgage Loans involving a Sub-Servicer shall be deemed to be between the Sub-Servicer and the Servicer alone and the Trustee and the Certificateholders shall not be deemed parties thereto and shall have no claims, rights, obligations, duties or liabilities with respect to any Sub-Servicer except as set forth in Section 3.05.
No Contractual Relationship Between Sub. Servicers and the NIMS Insurer, the Trustee or Certificateholders. Any Sub-Servicing Agreement that may be entered into and any transactions or services relating to the Mortgage Loans involving a Sub-Servicer in its capacity as such shall be deemed to be between the Sub-Servicer and the Master Servicer alone, and the NIMS Insurer, the Trustee and Certificateholders shall not be deemed parties thereto and shall have no claims, rights, obligations, duties or liabilities with respect to the Sub-Servicer except as set forth in Section 6.10. The Master Servicer shall be solely liable for all fees owed by it to any Sub-Servicer, irrespective of whether the Master Servicer's compensation pursuant to this Agreement is sufficient to pay such fees.

The Servicer shall be solely liable for all fees owed by it to any Sub‑Servicer, irrespective of whether the Servicer’s compensation pursuant to this Agreement is sufficient to pay such fees and such fees shall not be an expense of the Trust.

The foregoing provision shall not in any way limit a Sub-Servicer's obligation to cure an omission or defect.

Any Sub-Servicing Agreement and any other transactions or services relating to the Mortgage Loans involving a Sub-Servicer (other than the Sub-Servicing Agreement dated the date hereof among the Master Servicer, LSI Financial Group and the Trustee) shall be deemed to be between the Sub-Servicer, the Master Servicer and any other parties thereto alone and the Transferor, the Trustee and the Owners shall not be deemed parties thereto and shall have no claims, rights, obligations, duties or liabilities with respect to any Sub-Servicer except as set forth in Sections 10.4 and 10.7, unless expressly made a party thereto.

The Master Servicer shall be solely liable for all fees owed by it to any Sub-Servicer, irrespective of whether the Master Servicer's compensation pursuant to this Agreement is sufficient to pay such fees.
No Contractual Relationship Between Sub. SERVICER AND INDENTURE TRUSTEE OR THE CLASS B NOTEHOLDERS. Any Sub-Servicing Agreement and any other transactions or services relating to the Mortgage Loans involving a Sub-Servicer shall be deemed to be between the Sub-Servicer and the Master Servicer alone and the Note Insurer, the Indenture Trustee and the Class B Noteholders shall not be deemed parties thereto and shall have no claims, rights, obligations, duties or liabilities with respect to any Sub-Servicer except as set forth in Section 4.7.
