The records of the Servicer reflect that, except for payment defaults continuing for a period of not more than 29 days as of the Cut-off Date, no default, breach, violation or event permitting acceleration under the terms of such Receivable has occurred and NMAC has not waived any of the foregoing. Receivable File Servicing System Records/Data File i) Confirm there is no indication of a default, breach, violation or event that would permit acceleration under the terms of the Receivable except for payment default within 29 days of the Cut-off Date. ii) If step (i) is confirmed, then Test Pass
