In the event that any Use of content included in within the Licensed Materials that is in the public domain or has been issued made available under a Creative Commons or other open license shall be governed by the provisions of that license, neither the Distributor nor the Publisher shall place access, use or other restrictions on that content beyond those found in the open license, where applicable.
