NO DUAL COMPENSATION. In signing this Agreement, the Design Professional certifies that neither it nor any of its principals is an employee of the Federal Government, or an employee of a contractor to the Federal Government providing any services which comprise a part of this Agreement, and that the Design Professional is therefore not receiving dual compensation for any services provided hereunder.
