No Duties Except as Specified in this Intercreditor Agreement. The Subordination Agent shall not have any duty or obligation to take or refrain from taking any action under, or in connection with, this Agreement, except as expressly provided by the terms of this Agreement; and no implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Agreement against the Subordination Agent. The Subordination Agent agrees that it will, in its individual capacity and at its own cost and expense (but without any right of indemnity in respect of any such cost or expense under Section 5.2 or 7.1 hereof) promptly take such action as may be necessary to duly discharge all Liens on any of the Trust Accounts or any monies deposited therein which result from claims against it in its individual capacity not related to its activities hereunder or any other Operative Agreement.
