No Employment Contracts. Other than indicated in Paragraph 15(s) with respect to Energy Producers, EGPI and the Subsidiary, as of the Effective Date, shall have no employment contracts or agreements with any of its officers, directors, or with any consultants, employees or other parties, other than as disclosed in XXXXX filings for EGPI through the first quarter of 2009 ended March 31, 2009.
No Employment Contracts. The Company has no employment contracts or agreements with any of its officers, directors, or with any consultants, employees or other parties.

Quality Resource Technologies and the Subsidiary, as of the Effective Date, shall have no employment contracts or agreements with any of its officers, directors, or with any consultants, employees or other parties, and shall have terminated all outstanding and unexercised warrants and options to purchase shares of the Quality Resource Technologies Common Stock.
No Employment Contracts. Unions. Pension Plans. Seller has not entered into any employment contracts or labor union contracts and has not established any retirement, pension or profit sharing plans relating to the operation or maintenance of the Property which shall survive the Closing or for which Buyer shall have any liability or obligation. Any reference in this Section 5 to Seller's knowledge, representation, warranty or notice of any matter, shall only mean such knowledge or notice that is actually known by or has actually been received by Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, the authorized agent of Seller. Any representation or warranty of the Seller is based solely upon those matters of which Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx has actual knowledge. Any knowledge or notice given, had or received by any of Seller's agents, servants or employees, other than Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, shall not be imputed to Seller.
No Employment Contracts. Except for the Osher Employment Agreement, the Barbxxx Xxxloyment Agreement and the other employment agreements included on Schedule 4.2.13 hereto, and without derogating from Buyer's covenant to Sellers contained in Section 9.1 hereof, nothing in this Agreement, including, without limitation, this Article 9, shall establish an employment contract between Buyer or Hasbro and any employees of Sellers or constitute the creation of a right of a third party beneficiary or in any way constitute a waiver of or limitation on the employment-at-will relationship between Buyer and any employee of the Business employed by Buyer or a waiver or limitation on Buyer's right to terminate the employment of any employee of the Business who may be subsequently employed by Buyer. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed to be an obligation on the part of Buyer to continue any particular benefit program, in whole or in part, and Buyer may amend, modify, terminate or rescind, in whole or in part, and at any time and from time to time, any benefit program.
No Employment Contracts. Seller will not retain any employees or enter into any employment contract which shall be binding upon Buyer after Closing in respect of the Real Property without the prior written consent of Buyer. Seller will terminate all employees and any employment contract at or prior to Closing. Seller shall indemnify Buyer for any claim related to any employment contract in respect of the Real Property. This Section 8.2(f) shall survive the Closing for the Survival Period.
No Employment Contracts. Except as may be otherwise disclosed herein, VR Holdings and the Subsidiary have no employment contracts or agreements with any of its officers, directors, or with any consultants, employees or other parties.
