Common use of No Funding for Temporary Improvements Clause in Contracts

No Funding for Temporary Improvements. Only segments or components of the construction that are intended to form part of or be integrated into the Project may be funded by TUMF Program Funds. No improvement which is temporary in nature, including but not limited to temporary roads, curbs, tapers or drainage facilities, shall be funded with TUMF Program Funds, except as needed for staged construction of the Project.
