No Further Disposition. Other than with respect to the lien granted herein to Lender and, to the extent of the encumbrances on the Property that have been permitted by Lender, Grantor has not entered into any agreement or understanding or taken, permitted or suffered to exist any action (including the filing of a financing statement, agreement, pledge, deed to secure debt, deed of trust or mortgage, notice or registration) or event (whether by operation of law or otherwise) for the purpose of, or that may have the effect of, directly or indirectly, granting or permitting any lien on or disposing of any Collateral, any interest therein or rights pertaining thereto.
