Common use of No Further Disposition Clause in Contracts

No Further Disposition. Other than with respect to the Lien granted herein to Administrative Agent, on behalf of the Holders of the Obligations and, to the extent of the Permitted Encumbrances and Liens permitted under Section 7.01, no Borrower has entered into any agreement or understanding or taken, permitted or suffered to exist any action (including the filing of a financing statement, agreement, pledge, deed of trust or mortgage, notice or registration) or event (whether by operation of law or otherwise) for the purpose of, or that may have the effect of, directly or indirectly, Granting or permitting any Lien on or Disposing of any Collateral (including the Principal Agreements), any interest therein or rights pertaining thereto.
