No Further Loans. Administrative Agent and the Lenders may refuse and shall not be obligated to continue any Loans or to make any additional Loans; provided that in the event of an Event of Default occurring under Section 6.1.3 of this Agreement with respect to Borrower, the foregoing shall take effect immediately and without further act of Administrative Agent or the Lenders.
