(iii) For purposes hereof, "Government Contract " means any prime contract, subcontract, teaming agreement or arrangement, joint venture, basic ordering agreement, letter contract, purchase order, delivery order, Bid, change order, arrangement or other commitment of any kind relating to the business of the Company between the Company and (A) the U.S. Government, (B) any prime contractor to the U.S. Government or (C) any subcontractor with respect to any contract described in clause (A) or (B) of this sentence.
