No Greater Rights. Except to the extent expressly set forth in this Lease, nothing in this Lease shall grant to the Carrier any greater rights or privileges than Tenant is granted pursuant to the terms of this Lease or diminish Tenant’s obligations or Landlord’s rights hereunder.
No Greater Rights. The execution and delivery of a Permitted Mortgage shall not give or be deemed to give a Permitted Mortgagee any greater rights against District than those granted to Tenant hereunder.
No Greater Rights. In no event shall the Merger Agreement or the other provisions of this Agreement be construed as granting or conferring upon the Lessee or the Surviving Entity any greater rights than those contained in the Lease nor shall there be any diminution of the rights and privileges of the Lessor under the Lease, nor shall the Lease be deemed modrfied in any respect.
No Greater Rights. The letting shall, in any event, terminate with the termination or expiration of the Basic Lease, such termination to be effective on such date and to have the same effect as if the Term had expired on that date. The rights of the Port Authority in the Premises are those granted to it by the Basic Lease, and no greater rights are granted to the Lessee than the Port Authority has power thereunder to grant.
No Greater Rights. Unless otherwise stated in this Agreement, in no event shall the Assignment Agreement, the Merger Agreement or the other provisions of this Agreement be construed as granting or conferring upon Surviving Party any greater rights than those contained in the Lease nor shall there be any diminution of the rights and privileges of the Landlord under the Lease, nor shall the Lease be deemed modified in any respect. {2095-0138/00078537;5}
No Greater Rights. Any obligation of Sublessor which is contained in this Sublease by the incorporation by reference of the provisions of the Master Lease may be observed or performed by Sublessor using reasonable efforts to cause the Master Lessor under the Master Lease to observe and/or perform the same, and Sublessor shall have a reasonable time to enforce its rights to cause such observance or performance. Sublessee shall not in any event have any rights in respect of the Subleased Premises greater than Sublessor’s rights under the Master Lease.
No Greater Rights. All sublicenses shall execute and be subject to a Sublicense Agreement with no terms less protective of Conpleks Robotech than this agreement.
No Greater Rights. Lessee shall have no greater rights to the use and occupancy of the Building than Lessor has under Lessor's Master Lease. Lessor hereby represents and warrants to Lessee that the uses of the Premises and the Lessee Controlled Area described in Section 7.4 are within the rights to use and occupy the Building conferred upon Lessor pursuant to the terms of the Master Lease. As provided in Section 6, the term of this Sublease shall not extend beyond the term of the Master Lease.
No Greater Rights. If Purchaser is selling or transferring to Permitted Transferee less than all of Purchaser’s Registrable Securities, Permitted Transferee acknowledges and agrees that Purchaser and Permitted Transferee shall have no greater rights collectively than Purchaser had individually pursuant to this Agreement prior to the execution and delivery of this Agreement.

Any obligation of Sublessor which is contained in this Sublease by the incorporation by reference of the provisions of the Prime Lease may be observed or performed by Sublessor using reasonable efforts to cause the Landlord under the Prime Lease to observe and/or perform the same, and Sublessor shall have a reasonable time to enforce its rights to cause such observance or performance. Subtenant shall not in any event have any rights in respect of the Office Space greater than Sublessor's rights under the Prime Lease.
