Common use of No Holding Out Clause in Contracts

No Holding Out. (a) The Licensee must not in connection with the Premises or otherwise directly or indirectly hold out or not permit to be held out to any member of the public any statement, act, deed, matter or thing indicating that the Premises or the business conducted or operated thereon or any parts or parts thereof are or is being carried on or managed or supervised by the Licensor. (b) The Licensee must not act as or represent itself to be the servant or agent of the Licensor.
