No Impact on Design Build Entity Obligations. Judicial Council’s obligations herein shall in no way effect or limit the Design Build Entity’s responsibilities and obligations as it pertains to the Work. Design Build Entity shall diligently perform the Work to ensure Final Completion within the Contract Time.
