NO IMPAIRMENT OR RELEASE. The Obligations of and the Liens granted by any Borrower under the Loan Documents shall not be impaired or released by any action or inaction on the part of Administrative Agent or any Lender with respect to any other Loan Party, including any action or inaction which would otherwise release a surety.
