No Implied License; Negative Covenant. Except as expressly provided herein, no rights, express or implied, to any intellectual property of a Party are granted to the other Party. In addition, neither Party shall use or practice any of the other Party’s intellectual property rights licensed to it under this Article 2 (or that are the subject of a covenant not to xxx granted under this Agreement) except for the purposes expressly permitted in this Agreement.
