No Imputed Knowledge. Tenant acknowledges and agrees that with regard to any property in which Tenant develops an interest, there shall be no knowledge imputed between Broker and Broker’s licensees or between the different licensees of Broker. Broker and each of Broker’s licensees shall be deemed to have only actual knowledge of such properties.
