No Inspection without Notice. No Inspection for Material Completion shall be made until such time as the Design Professional and Owner have received notice in the form indicated above. In the event the Contractor shall have issued the Contractor’s Notice of Readiness for Inspection for Material Completion prematurely, the Contractor shall be liable for the damage resulting therefrom, including but not limited to the salaries, professional fees, travel expenses, and living expenses of the persons or parties inconvenienced thereby.
